Once you login and update your password, please review your account, including address and billing information, for accuracy. You can also update your subscriptions and delivery schedule and start shopping too! Thank you for taking the time. You’ll be glad you did. Following are some important changes and benefits you can look forward to!
Ordering Window: Access the webstore anytime! Our produce options will change week to week depending on local availability, with menus updated every Friday. Those orders, as well as bakery and dairy items, are still due Sunday night. Add other artisan items up to two days before your delivery day. There is no check-out, we will deliver all the items in your cart.
Recurring Orders:Many of the items on our website can be set-up as recurring subscription. This includes most of our artisan items, dairy and bread. You can also subscribe weekly or bi-weekly to our bundles like the MeatFix and the seasonal FruitFix. By default, these items will be added to your cart as a recurring delivery. All product subscriptions will be shipped according to the schedule you choose - weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
Billing: Payments will now be processed the day before your delivery.
Tips: Want to show your Community Coordinator some extra love? Tips are no longer listed among our local products. You can add a custom tip, and even set it as a recurring item each week, in your cart.
Box deposit: You will be charged a $2.50 box deposit fee per delivery. When you return a box, this fee will be credited to your account and applied to your next order. If you leave out a cooler, your coordinator can place your food directly into it. In this case, they may not need to leave a box and can credit your deposit immediately.
