FreshFix is a small family-owned business based in Buffalo, NY. We deliver boxes of locally grown produce and artisan products to homes and offices in Western New York. FreshFix is expanding and need the help of an professional to help manage communications with new and existing customers. This is a full time salaried position with benefits and bonuses for reaching goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Hire, train and oversee a team of community coordinators who deliver FreshFix boxes across Western New York
Develop and execute customer communications including support e-mails, weekly newsletters and marketing materials
Work with management team to develop a marketing plan and execute new and existing customer promotions
Attend and host marketing and outreach events
Manage social media postings
Correspond with potential customers
Create advertising and marketing materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Experience developing marketing campaigns for small businesses
Experience with social media and contact management software for businesses
Ability to work independently with limited oversight
Ability to work flexible hours include answering e-mails and communicating with customers remotely on some nights and weekends
Access to a car and the ability to travel within Western New York
