Current Customers
If you are a current customer, and you need help with:
  • Placing an order or using the member website, please visit the customer support section.
  • A missing item from your box, or another delivery-related issue, please contact your Community Coordinator or e-mail customer support. Your coordinator’s contact info can be found at the top of the page when you login to our member site.
  • Requesting a credit for damaged produce, visit the product credit section on our member website.
  • Using the produce in your box, please see your weekly e-mail newsletter for suggestions. You can find a list of box contents and newsletters in your order history. We also have a blog with recipes and produce tips. Our Pintrest page includes recipes organized by season and produce type.
Farmers and Producers
If you are interested in selling your product through FreshFix, please contact Joshua Bowen by e-mail or phone at 716-218-3668.
Currently we operate out of the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal in Buffalo, NY. At this time we do not offer sales at this location. All of our products can be purchased through delivery only.
