Bookkeeper and Office Assistant
We are looking to hire a bookkeeper/office assistant to help with administrative tasks. This is a flexbile part-time position that ranges from 10-20 hours per week.
Record and pay invoices and other bills
Maintain balanced financial ledgers using Quickbooks
Correspond with vendors regarding invoices and payments
Prepare invoices and follow-up on unpaid accounts
Review supply inventory and place orders as needed
Maintain human resources files and assist with new hires (paperwork, reporting)
Run reports for audits, tax preparation and monthly review
Perform other duties as directed by owners
Answer occasional phone calls
Assist with website updates
Excellent organizational skills
Good understanding of accounting principles and balancing accounts
Experience with organizing and managing payroll
Experience using QuickBooks
At least 2 years’ experience with bookkeeping
$16-$20/hour depending on experience. Paid time off. Free produce!
