We are looking to hire someone to help manage our community coordinators and communicate with customers. This is a part-time position that ranges from 5-15 hours per week. This position can be done remotely with occasional in-person time.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Hire, train and oversee a team of community coordinators who deliver FreshFix boxes across Western New York
Provide excellent customer service via e-mail and phone
Attend marketing and outreach events
Correspond with potential customers
Required Qualifications
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with limited oversight
Ability to work flexible hours include answering e-mails and communicating with customers remotely on some nights and weekends
Access to a car and the ability to travel within Western New York
