About Us

Our Vision

FreshFix is family owned and operated. While our roots are in Buffalo, NY, we spent some time in North Carolina where there are many options for home delivery of fresh locally grown produce and specialty products. We came home to Buffalo wondering why we couldn't find a convenient, 
​flexible service like we saw in North Carolina so we decided to open it ourselves.
We hope that by making it easy to find, buy and prepare local food, more people will have the opportunity to enjoy seasonal produce. Together we not only support local farmers and producers, but we help build a sustainable food system that benefits everyone in our community.

We believe that everyone should have access to fresh, healthy food.  In addition to supporting local farmers, we offer our members several opportunities to support food access in our region. These include:

• Options to donate your box to a needy family. Our Thanksgiving campaigns provide donations for more than 200 families each year.
• The ability to add custom donations to support our half-price box program which allows families in need to buy essential fruits and vegetables.
• Supporting special program's like mobile produce markets.
